Family relaxed atmosphere

House South Beach is a family hostel and is the ideal accommodation for those who are on vacation or on business . House South Beach is located in the center of Ericeira , town of great cultural traditions , fishing and sports , where the Surf is the ” sport king ” and is located 50 km from Lisbon , 25 km from Sintra and 10 Km Mafra , and the Atlantic Ocean.

• We have smoking and no-smoking rooms / studios;

Cancellation policy

If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show will be charged 25% of the total booking price
Conditions for Deposits / Prepayments

25 % of the total amount will be charged immediately after the day of booking ;
75 % of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival , after check -in.

Meal Plan applicable

The rate of all rooms / apartments House South Beach, does not include meals, that is, we do not have breakfast service, but in any case if the customer requires it or need an extra pay.

Standard Children and extra beds

All children are welcome . One child or up to 12 years will be accommodated ( a) free of charge when using existing bedding . A child over 12 years will be charged extra for a bed per night . Maximum capacity of extra beds / cots in the room : 1

Data credit card

The credit card data are not available , all payments are made in cash or by bank transfer through the NIB or IBAN.

Restrictions: WARNING

From 15 July to 25 August, only accept reservations for all our rooms / studios: minimal stay of 2 nights for the period in question.
And from 27 to 31 December, also only accept reservations for all our rooms / studios: minimal stay of 2 nights for the period in question.
